Why we built this
We kept seeing the same problems at restaurants we visited. Menus taped to walls with handwritten price corrections. PDFs that took forever to load on a phone. QR codes that led to outdated pages. Waiters fielding the same allergen questions over and over.
These are not hard problems to solve. They just needed someone to sit down and build a tool that is simple enough for anyone to use and fast enough that customers actually enjoy the experience.
That is what Bitesized is. Nothing more, nothing less.
